Randy Lewis |  President and Founder, Global Natural Foods

With nearly 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry, Randy Lewis founded Global Natural Foods on the principle of providing quality industrial fruit ingredients from premium global sources at the best value to customers. Randy works closely with both clients and suppliers, traveling extensively to visit clients, plants and processors. His industry expertise and technical knowledge helps clients find the best possible solutions on a wide variety of applications.

Randy studied international business and economics at York University in Toronto, where he is originally from. He has lived in and worked in the United States since 1989. Prior to founding Global Natural Foods, Randy worked with some of the largest US food ingredient brokerage firms in the business.

Melissa Holden |  Vice President, Finance

Melissa joined Global Natural Foods in 2007, managing financial operations and assisting Randy with logistics. She currently holds the position of Vice President and CFO, overseeing the accounting department, working on marketing initiatives and providing sales support. Prior to joining Global Natural Foods, Melissa was director of PR and Marketing for two NY based internet companies – agency.com and E4X. Melissa has a graduate degree in journalism from New York University and worked for CNN’s New York News bureau for 7 years. Born and raised in Canada, Melissa has lived and worked in the United States since 1990.

Christine Ahern |  Operations Manager

Christine joined the Global Natural Foods team in 2007 after more than 20 years of management experience, primarily in the non-profit sector. She brings technical and organizational skills that help meet the demands of our fast paced office. As Operations Manager, Christine works closely with both clients and suppliers, ensuring orders are efficiently fulfilled, trouble-shooting any issues and ensuring individual clients’ documentation needs are completed.

Christine graduated with a degree in Environmental Science from University of New Hampshire. Most recently, she spent over 10 years managing WJFF, the hydro-powered public radio station in the Catskill region of New York. While well-traveled, Christine still wishes she could visit all the countries we import juice from – especially the tropical ones!

Lori Endriss |  Logistics Manager

Lori brings 15 years of management skills to her position at Global Natural Foods, for which she helps seamlessly move product from our suppliers to our clients, trouble-shooting any issues that may arise along the way. Prior to Global Natural Foods, Lori managed the Beaverkill Trout Club , a private fly-fishing retreat in the Catskill mountains. When Lori is not working you will find her gardening, watching her daughter show horses or her son racing motocross.

Trisha Rampe | Customer Service Coordinator

Trish joined the Global Natural Foods team in February 2011. Along with her friendly nature, she brings a strong sense of customer service skills to our office. Prior to joining us, Trish worked for six years at Jeff Bank, a small local bank in Sullivan County NY, eventually working her way up the ladder to the position of Head Teller. While supervising the teller staff, Trish also took great pride in helping fulfill the financial needs of her community. As the Customer Service Coordinator at GNF, Trish works closely with our customers and our suppliers to make sure all health and regulatory documentation is in order and up to date, and that product samples are sent when needed. When Trish is not working she enjoys spending quality time with her three young children.
